But there is absolutely nothing to be done in every technique. It has been seen many times that while withdrawing money from the ATM, money is cut from your account but money does not come out from the ATM. In this case, you should immediately file a complaint in the bank. In many cases the bank investigates and returns the money to the customers. But if the bank does not do this then you can also complain about it. This information was given by Consumer Minister Ram Vilas Paswan. They have told that if the customer withdraws money from the ATM, but do not get money from the ATM and the amount is withdrawn from the account, then what to do.

In such a situation, the customer will have to file a complaint at the consumer department's helpline. After this, the customer will be refunded in less than 18 days. For this, the customer can call the Toll Free number 14404 or 1800-11-4000 of the helpline and file a complaint.
