Arun Jaitley made a startling disclosure on the notebook!

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has countered the success of the note-offs in the continuous harrowing note issued on the note-book. Jaitley said that after the ban, the undeclared property worth Rs 5,400 crore has been discovered in the country.

Jaitley said that the direct tax collection has registered an increase of 15.7 percent. He said that 400 cases have been assigned to the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI for proper action after unauthorized property recovered.
Arun Jaitley said that by the end of 18th September, there is a collection of Rs 3.7 lakh crore direct in the current fiscal. This is 15.7 percent higher than the previous financial year. On the ongoing war against black money, Jaitley said that after the ban was imposed, the Income Tax Department raided around 1100 locations across the country, in which 610 crore was seized.
